Srushti has begun preparing for her UPSC examination in her third year in engineering. While she was graduating in engineering, she was unsure if it could make her feel happy. Then she realized that her ideal job would be within the civil service, and she decided to pursue this. The parents urged her to become a civil servant and pursue a job in the public service. Her motivation was constant and she concentrated on becoming an IAS officer. The job required to be an IAS officer can be more. She prepared for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. She set aside time for test preparation daily. She completed her engineering examinations in only one-and-ahalf months, avoiding social life. She believes that concentration and focus are crucial for success in the exam to be a government official. She was determined to pass the exam on the first go and put in a lot of effort. Each day, she was reading the newspapers to stay abreast of current affairs. Online, she collected various study materials as well as watched Rajya Sabha TV.
